The platform wanted to give marketers the ability to visualise holistic campaign performance so that they can make proactive, data-driven decisions for active and past campaigns. At the time of starting this role, a lot of the development was done quickly with functionality in mind. Quick development meant that designs were almost always made on an ad-hoc basis. So we made a list of issues we felt were lacking in the development and design process:

Revamp the Analytics Dashboard that enables tracking of Instagram & YouTube content and their metrics while bringing predictive models and AI to the forefront of the product.
A detailed Site Map was drafted concurrently with the design standardisation. Below is the first draft; as the project progressed the site structure evolved.

We went about tackling the basics of a design system — fonts, colours, input fields, buttons and labels. From there, we addressed layouts, charts, cards, graphs, flyouts, modals and icons.

Even though the process followed was straightforward and rapid, we would always find time to sit down with team members in person, walk them through the proposed UX wireframes, and then note their points of feedback as comments on the Figma file.
Our first subscription-based client was a beauty and fashion company, one of the biggest in India, engaged in multiple campaigns. We started to prioritise their feedback over our assumptions, which automatically improved the quality of life of the app. A good example of their feedback coming to fruition was Bulk Adding Influencers to a campaign and to the platform database, which was missing earlier.

At the time of starting this role, a lot of the development was done quickly with functionality in mind. Quick development meant designs were almost always made on an ad-hoc basis, which reflected in the old interface and experience.

Galleri5 was the first project where I got to take ownership and have tangible impact in how the project turned out. I got perspective on everything from PRD writing to prototyping and business development — the above renders are a good visual representation of months of multi-disciplinary work.
